Work Call ... in a few hours ... Today!!!

Attached is the "to do" list. If one of you could kindly print it and bring it with you tomorrow, that would be swell. Obviously, if you're not planning to come, this doesn't apply to you; however, it sure would be great to see you all tomorrow! :)

The List: 

WATER BARREL:  

• Unscrew it from the stage, reposition and then screw it back to the stage.

• Add the duct tape "strapping" to the top and bottom.

• Add the word "Water"

• Paint the lid the same color as the rest of it…inside and out.

• Add lock latch.

BANDSTAND:

• Paint it white

• Replace the side pieces with larger versions of those. Paint them white.

• Add bunting in a way that would allow us to easily remove them if we need to.

• Paint lattice (to match the lattice that is already there) on the black pieces above of the side pieces.

• Find and add counterweights to the bandstand pieces.

• Add more bunting(?) or other decorations(?)

• Add cardboard at bottom to hide casters. Paint this white as well.

WAGON:

• Paint the outside

• Finish the covered part

• Add posters and run a line so that the umbrellas can be hung from the wagon.

• Add fabric to the inside of the wagon

• Paint the ceiling black(?)

MASKING FLATS:

• Build two masking flats for in front of the dressing rooms. The front-facing ones are to be 16' tall and the side pieces are to be 8' tall.

HANGING:

• Hang the black legs

• Hang the sign(s)

• Hang the Scrim(?) Need to attach it to black fabric along the top to extend it.

• Hang the Star Curtain

PAINTING:

• Tape gaps if any exist (before we begin)

• Paint the floor of all areas

• Paint one side of each periaktoi the blue color

• Paint the walls in File's office

• Paint the desk a different color in File's office

• Add 8" (wide) lines all the way down the floor in the Curry House and File's office…to emulate wood floors.

• Paint the scrim

• Paint the back two periaktois to look like the scrim (see the painting)

• Paint the sign "Three Points"

OTHER:

Add something to the top of the house…something decorative made of cardboard (see Janet)
